INTERMUNICIPAL LIQUOR
LICENSE TRANSFER
NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Arnold, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing and meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 1829 Fifth Ave, Arnold, PA 15068 to consider enacting a Resolution regarding JMAHARAJ Corporations request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of Restaurant Liquor License no. R-9701 LID 71472 from North Huntingdon Township into the City of Arnold, pursuant to Section 461(b.3) of the Liquor Code, 47 P.S. u167?4-461(b.3). The location in the City of Arnold to which the license is intended to be transferred is 1610 Freeport Road, City of Arnold, Westmoreland County, Arnold, PA 15068. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the City of Arnold concerning JMAHARAJ Corporations intent to transfer the license into the City of Arnold and other relevant issues with respect to the proposed inter-municipal transfer of said liquor license. All those who wish to be heard in regard to this request should be present at the time and date specified.
