Description:

Sealed and separate proposals will be received by The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Oakmont at the office of the General Manager, 721 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, PA 15139, for Contract No. 2-2025, which consists of the hauling and disposal of Water Treatment Plant Dewatered Sludge. Proposals will be accepted at the office of the General Manager until 11:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time on October 15, 2024, at which time and place the same will be opened and publicly read for the furnishing and delivery of the chemicals listed above, for the period from January 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. Please note that this is a 7-month bid for this cycle only; future bids will revert to the standard fiscal year schedule. Specifications and bidding forms may be obtained at the General Office of the Authority. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount equivalent to at least 5% of the bid submitted. The right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Oakmont, Water Department is reserved by the Authority.
