CONTRACT 24-05:
Smooth Interior Corrugated Polyethylene Drainage Pipe
(As Manufactured by Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.)
CONTRACT 24-06:
Stone and Anti-Skid Material
CONTRACT 24-10: Storm Inlets and Grates
Copies of the Specifications may be obtained at the office of
North Huntingdon Township, 11279 Center Highway, North Huntingdon, PA 15642 or via email by calling 724-863-3806, ext 201.
Specifications are on file at the office of
North Huntingdon Township
for viewing by interested bidders.
A certified check, payable to the Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to fulfill the required material delivery at the price bid for one year (365 days) from the date of the signed Procurement Agreement.
