NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES
Council for the Borough of Springdale intends to consider and possibly take action on two proposed ordinances at its monthly business meeting scheduled for March 16 2025 at 6:00 p.m. or at any public voting meeting within 60 days thereafter in the Council Chambers of the Springdale Borough Building 325 School Street Springdale PA. The following is a brief summary of each of the proposed Ordinances:
1. A proposed ordinance amending Ordinance 111 as codified in the codified ordinances of the Borough of Springdale at Part II Chapter 233 curfew eliminating the curfew signal and updating the penalty for violations thereto.
2. A proposed ordinance amending § 460-47 violations and penalties of Part II Chapter 460 Article IV.
The public is welcome to attend and participate in accordance with the Sunshine Act. Complete copies of the proposed ordinances may be viewed at the Borough Office during regular business hours by contacting the Borough Office at (724) 274-6800.
