PUBLIC HEARING
Legal notice is hereby given as provided by the City of New Kensington Ordinance, No. 4-93, and by the Sunshine Act, 1986 P.L. 388, No. 84, that on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. prevailing time, in City Hall, 301 11th St., New Kensington, PA, the City Council shall conduct a public hearing in regard to a proposed Zoning Map Amendment.
1. The Zoning Map Amendment would change the Zoning from R-1 Low Density Residential to C-2 General Commercial. The area requested to be rezoned is described as follows:
The Westerly Sixty (60) feet of Lot 52 in the Ross Plan which is of record in the office of recorder of deeds of Westmoreland County in Plan Book Volume 7; Pg 38. Known as 759 Carl Avenue, New Kensington PA 15068
