PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The North Huntingdon Township Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town House, 11279 Center Highway, North Huntingdon, PA. The applicant and property owner, Joseph Bock, is requesting the rezoning of two adjacent vacant lots totaling 0.73 acres of land from R-1A (Residential) to C-1 (Commercial). The properties are identified as Tax Parcel #54-07-09-0-170 and #54-07-09-0-171 and are located off of Clifton Drive. Materials submitted for this application are available for review in the North Huntingdon Township Community Development Department at the Town House during regular office hours, 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. The public is welcome to attend the hearing and present testimony.
