PROJECT NO. 2024-2089.01

 

HIGH SCHOOL DOMESTIC WATER LINE AND

SERVICE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

 

The Fox Chapel Area School District is receiving Bids on the following Contract:

 

Plumbing Construction Contract Number – 2024-2089.01

 

The Fox Chapel Area School District, the Owner, will receive separate sealed Bids for the above Construction Contract on the above Project until the time and date and at the place scheduled below. The Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Staff Development Room at the District Administrative Offices. The clock in the District Administrative Offices will determine the Prevailing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The District invites any interested parties to attend.

Bidders may obtain one complete set of the Bidding Documents by contacting H.F. Lenz Company, 322 State Street, Conneaut, OH 44030, 440-599-7800, or by emailing cbelnap@hflenz.com. A bidder must obtain Bidding Documents from H.F. Lenz Company to be considered a Bona fide bidder. Cody Belnap, H.F. Lenz Company, will email all bidding documents to Bona fide bidders.

 

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 12 p.m. on April 15, 2025, at the Fox Chapel Area School District Administrative Offices, Staff Development Room, 611 Field Club Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238. After the Pre-Bid Conference, the Bidders will be permitted to inspect the building and site by a guided tour. Additional site visits may be arranged in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders (AIA Document A201-2017).

 

A Bid Security Form in the amount of 10 percent of the Base Bid, Bidder’s Qualification, Questionnaire Form, and Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany each Bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received.
