PUBLIC NOTICE The Westmoreland County Transportation Authority

            PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The Westmoreland County Transportation Authority (WCTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide legal services as the Authority’s Solicitor and/or Labor Attorney and/or Public Transportation Attorney. The WCTA will enter into an agreement for each of these three (3) positions singularly or jointly as it deems appropriate. The successful proposer(s) will act in this capacity for the period of June 1 2025 through December 31 2028 and may be reappointed for up to two (2) one-year additional terms after that time.

 

A complete Request for Proposal package is available by contacting Alan Blahovec at 724-832-2712 or ablahovec@westmorelandtransit.com. The proposals are due at the office of WCTA no later than 4:00 pm Thursday April 17 2025.

 

Proposals will be evaluated and a contract award(s) made based upon (1) Responsiveness of Written Proposals to requirements of RFP; (2) Qualifications and Experience of Firm; (3) Qualifications and Experience of Personnel assigned to the service; (4) Price. WCTA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. DBEs are encouraged to apply.
