The Applicant is requesting a variance for relief from the provision direct ingress/egress to public collector or arterial road. 2. The Applicant is requesting an 8ft relief from the provision to provide separations of 28ft to 20ft between the proposed storage building on the subject parcel and the existing storage building located on Parcl ID 2021-F-80. 3.
