The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Arnold, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7:00 P.M, prevailing time as well as on any dates of any adjournments and continuances therefrom, at the Arnold Public Safety Building 601 Drey Street, Arnold, to hear an appeal by Arnold Engine Co. No. 2, of Arnold, Pennsylvania for property located at 1120 Drey Street, Arnold located in an R-1 Low Density Residential District requesting a Special Exception (4.302, 4.200, et seq.) to amend the use of a non-conforming structure pursuant to the requirements of Section 5.400 and 5.404, et seq. of the Code of the City of Arnold as associated with Use Class 1 uses. If the applicant was to move forward without action by the Zoning Hearing Board the same would be in violation of the Zoning Code of the City of Arnold.
