BOROUGH OF VANDERGRIFT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Vandergrift intends to act upon ordain and enact Ordinance No. 1 of 2025 which is an Ordinance of the Borough of Vandergrift amending Chapter 368 Article III of the Borough Code; Licensing Inspection and Rental Agreements regarding Code Sections 368-12; 368-13; 368-14 and 368-15 and replacing or amending the same with new provisions to create new regulations regarding the establishment of an annual rental unit licensing fee for rental units within the Borough of Vandergrift.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Office of the Borough Secretary during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at 109 Grant Avenue Vandergrift Pennsylvania 15690 and the same may be inspected at that location. Copies are available at a nominal cost per page to interested persons.
It is the intent of the Borough Council of the Borough of Vandergrift to act on this Ordinance at the regular meeting of the Vandergrift Borough Council on Monday May 5 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Vandergrift Borough Council Chamber located at 109 Grant Avenue Vandergrift PA 15690.
