ZONING HEARING BOARD OF BOROUGH OF LIGONIER
Notice is hereby given that a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Ligonier (“Board”) has been statutorily deemed to have rendered in favor of “the applicant,” “landowner,” and “developer,” Scout, LLC for the above referenced Certificate of Occupancy and Use and denying the November 25, 2024, Appeal of Sandra Podlucky, Patricia Perluk and Dawn Metz, from the Zoning Officer’s issuance of the October 25, 2024, Certificate of Occupancy & Use of a pavilion at 221 W. Main Street, Ligonier, PA. 15658 (Tax Map #16-01-15-0-091) (the “Appeal).
The deemed decision is the result of the failure of the Board to: 1. give public notice, including the requirement of notifying “land owners within 100 feet of the affected property” by letter; and 2. to meet or render a timely decision in accordance within the statutory timeframe prescribed at 53 P.S. §10908(1.2) and (9).
