PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Hempfield Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a special meeting for general business purposes and also to conduct a public hearing at the Hempfield Township Municipal Building beginning at 6:00 pm Tuesday May 13 2025 on the following:
1. (Appeal No. ZHB-25-6) – A request of Kaitlin Young 750 Holiday Drive Suite 750 Pittsburgh PA 15220 on behalf of Renee Jupena Queer for a variance to Article 17 Section 87-106.1 Subsection A. They are requesting to increase the maximum footcandle from 2.0 to 8.0 across the proposed site. The property is Tax Map# 50-14-00-0-149. The address is 6078 Route 30 Greensburg PA 15601. The property is zoned Region Commercial (RC).
All persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present. Written statements will be accepted and incorporated in the minutes of the hearings. The plans and applications for these requests are on file in the office of the Zoning Officer Hempfield Township Municipal Building 1132 Woodward Drive Greensburg PA and may be examined by those interested at any time prior to the date of the hearings between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
