BID NOTICE

The Meyersdale Area School District will receive bids for the Athletic Fieldhouse Project. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on June 2 2025 at the administration office of the Meyersdale Area School District [Owner] located at 309 Industrial Park Rd. Meyersdale PA 15552. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 p.m. on June 2 2025. Bids are invited on the following: The project generally consists of the construction of a masonry block fieldhouse restroom and concession stand. 

 

Bid documents can be obtained from the Owner by contacting Shannon Brant Business Manager at 814-634-1425 or at sbrant@masd.net. Addenda if any will be issued only to those persons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the Contract Documents. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the [Owner] or negotiable U.S. Government Bond (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents prevailing wage rates must be paid on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
