Public Notice is hereby given by the ALLEGHENY
TOWNSHIP PLANNING
COMMISSION that a
PUBLIC HEARING will be held at the Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 7:00PM for the following items:
1. RURAL URGENT CARE LLC. and/or assigns has entered into a purchase agreement for the property located at 48 Towne Square Drive, Lot 5B-R within Allegheny
Township for the purpose of the development of a new building for a proposed
medical clinic/urgent care
facility. Said use is permitted by conditional use according to Article XIII B §250-107.37B(I)(f) of the township zoning ordinance.
2. Any other matter that may come before the Commission.
The Planning Commission will have the applicant make a
presentation and then the public may make comments pertinent to the application for Conditional Use prior to the Planning Commission taking formal
action.
The above-mentioned items have been properly advertised as per the PA Municipal Planning Code (MPC) 53 P.S. § 10908(1.2). Copies of the files and proposed ordinance are on file in the Township Planning & Zoning offices at the Allegheny Township Municipal Building
located at 136 Community Building Road, Leechburg, PA 15656 and may be viewed during regular business hours.
