GOVERNMENT NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given by the City of Pittsburgh PA that the City will be amending its FY 2019 Annual Action Plan for the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Any substantial amendments to an Annual Action Plan must be posted for public review and comment before finalization. The City of Pittsburgh intends to remove and cancel one project/activity from the Annual Action Plan and reallocate those funds to another project/activity which will be new to the Annual Action Plan. A copy of the proposed amendment to the FY 2019 Annual Action Plan is available for review at https://www.pittsburghpa.gov/City-Government/Finances-Budget/Management-Budget/Community-Development/Public-Participation and will be on public display beginning Monday May 19 2025 and ending on Thursday June 19 2025.

 

· Bry Mard (East Hills) – HVAC System – Delete the project/activity and reallocate the line-item budget of $150000 to another project.

 

· Independent Housing
Resources East (IHRE) Scattered Site HVAC Upgrades – Create a new project/activity and allocate $150000. The project includes: Installation of a new HVAC systems in two multi-family properties in Pittsburgh.

 

Public comments will be accepted on the substantial amendment via emailing community.development@pittsburghpa.gov or calling (412) 255-2667. Written comments may be addressed to the City of Pittsburgh’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Community Development Division attention Mr. Kelly L. Russell Assistant Director 414 Grant Street Room 501 Pittsburgh PA 15219.
