to consider an amendment of the Zoning Ordinance, the

summary:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF
PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE INDIANA TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE TO
REVISE AND SUPPLEMENT REGULATIONS GOVERNING PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENTS IN THE TOWNSHIP AND REPEALING AND REPLACING EXISTING ARTICLE IV
Residents and taxpayers of the Township of Indiana in
attendance at the public hearing will be permitted to comment on the proposed Ordinance.
