GOVERNMENT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the City of Pittsburgh PA that the City will be amending its FY 2019 Annual Action Plan for the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Any substantial amendments to an Annual Action Plan must be posted for public review and comment before finalization. The City of Pittsburgh intends to remove and cancel one project/activity from the Annual Action Plan and reallocate those funds to another project/activity which will be new to the Annual Action Plan. A copy of the proposed amendment to the FY 2019 Annual Action Plan is available for review at https://www.pittsburghpa.gov/City-Government/Finances-Budget/Management-Budget/Community-Development/Public-Participation and will be on public display beginning Wednesday June 25 2025 and ending on Friday July 25 2025.
Ramp & Public Sidewalk – Delete the project/activity and reallocate the line-item budget of $400000 to another project.
Bloomfield Recreation Center Feasibility Study – Create a new project/activity and allocate $400000. The project includes: hiring a qualified Architecture or Interior Design firm for a building assessment and feasibility study for the demolition renovation new construction or a combination of renovation and new construction for a new recreation center.
