LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 24 2025 the officers of Donegal Township Westmoreland County Pennsylvania enacted an ordinance authorizing the issuance of and awarding PENNVEST Guaranteed Revenue Notes in the aggregate amount not to exceed $1839595.00 principal amount and the private sale thereof to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority at par bearing interest at the rate of 1.0 % per annum. The Notes are general obligations of the local government unit and its officers are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note. No amendments were made during the final passage of this ordinance.
A copy of the full text of the ordinance as enacted may be examined by any citizen in the office of the Secretary of the local government unit at the Donegal Township Offices 137 Hoffers Lane Jones Mills PA 15646 Pennsylvania on any business day (except Saturdays and Sundays) between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. prevailing time.
