AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WHITEHALL, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 75 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WHITEHALL TO DEFINE AND REGULATE NUISANCE PROPERTIES IN ORDER TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE TO ESTABLISH PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
