Contract 3/2025
The work for Contract 3/2025 will consist of 1575 SY Milling 130 Tons 1½" Wearing Course (9.5 mm) 3.0 to 10.0 Million ESALs 90 SY Soft Spot Repair and 175 Tons 2" Binder Course (19 mm) 3.0 to 10.0 Million ESALs. In addition the Contractor will install 9 Type M Inlets and 461 LF of 12” HDPE Pipe. All items are approximate quantities.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Gibson-Thomas Engineering located at 1004 Ligonier Street 5th Floor Latrobe PA 15650 (Telephone: 724-539-8562) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. upon a non-refundable payment of $125.00 for each set. Checks shall be made payable to Gibson-Thomas Engineering.

No Bid Bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans specifications or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances.
Sewickley Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
