AT&T is requesting a variance to replace the existing baseball field light pole with a communication monopole/baseball field light pole, new landscaping around the base of the pole, and new wooden fence for the equipment compound, which includes outdoor equipment cabinets and emergency generator. This requires a variance of Chapter 27, Zoning, Part 3, General Regulations, ss 312.1, A-11: the lot on which the tower is located shall not be within 2000 ft., measured property line to property line, of a structure or lot listed on the State or Federal historic register or in a designated historic district.
