APPROVAL
NOTICE is hereby given under and pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (“MPC”) 53 P.S. §10101 et. seq., of a deemed approval of an application (the “Application”) filed by Zokaites Properties, LP (the “Applicant”) with Township of Crescent (the “Township”). The Application was filed on January 3, 2025, and sought approval of the subdivision of a certain parcel of land known as Parcel J, identified in Parkwood Pointe Phase 1, recorded in P.B.V. 236, Page 104, being a portion of Parcel I.D.
