APPROVAL
NOTICE is hereby given under and pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (“MPC”) 53 P.S. §10101 et. seq., of a deemed approval of an application (the “Application”) filed by Zokaites Properties, LP (the “Applicant”) with Township of Crescent (the “Township”). The Application was filed on January 3, 2025, and sought approval of Phase 2 of the Parkwood Pointe development, being part of The Parkwood Pointe Phase 2 Plan as recorded in Plan Book Volume 240, page 19, being a portion of Parcel I.D. No. 701-C-5, 701-C-7 et. seq. and 701-C-120, containing approximately 10.30 acres.
