ORDINANCE 3-25 NOTICE
OF THE CITY OF
NEW KENSINGTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 28 2025 the members of the City Council of the City of New Kensington Westmoreland County Pennsylvania enacted an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $1190000 principal amount of the general obligation Note and the private sale thereof to Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank Lender at par bearing interest at the rate of 3.945% per annum. The Note is a general obligation of the local government unit and its officers are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note. No amendments were made during the final passage of this ordinance.
The Ordinance is available for public inspection at City Hall 301 Eleventh Street New Kensington Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
