The Oklahoma Borough Council Westmoreland County Pennsylvania hereby gives public notice of its intention to consider for adoption and if appropriate adopt at its regular meeting scheduled to be held on September 8 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Borough Municipal Building 170 Thorn Street Apollo PA 15613 an Ordinance amending Chapter 18 SECTION §18-229 – Connections to System.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. §18-229 OF THE BOROUGH OF OKLAHOMA A MUNICIPALITY IN THE COUNTY OF WESTMORELAND IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA; ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR CONNECTION PERMITTING INSPECTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE BOROUGH SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
