Notice is hereby given that the following substantial changes have been made in Allegheny Countys Community Development Block Grant Program: a substantial change is defined as: (1) an activity added to or dropped from the funding program; (2) a location change in any activity; (3) a change in the scope or purpose of an activity so as to affect the persons benefiting by the project; (4) a 50 percent change in the project funded amount if the project is funded at $25999 or less; and (5) a 25 percent change in the project funded amount if the project is funded at $26000.00 or above.
