NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Greensburg will accept sealed proposals for the purchase of Turf Management Products for Mt. Odin Golf Course until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday October 7 2025 to be opened at 11:05 a.m. at the office of the City Administrator City Hall 416 South Main Street Greensburg PA. Bids will be acted upon at the regular City Council Meeting on Monday October 13 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Bids must remain firm through May 15 2026 and be submitted on forms provided by the City. Said forms and specifications can be obtained on the City’s website at www.greensburgpa.org or from the City Administration Office 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. A bid bond certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the contract price and a non-collusion affidavit must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any defect in any bid.
