Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Borough Planning Commission will hold a special voting meeting on September 25 2025 at 6:30 o’clock p.m. at the Springdale Borough Building located at 325 School Street Springdale PA 15144 to consider receive public comment on and issue recommendations on the conditional use and variance applications of Allegheny DC Property Company LLC regarding the proposed use of property located at 151 Porter Street Springdale PA Allegheny County tax parcel 682-B-200 as a next generation data center.

 

Notice is hereby given that Springdale Borough Council will hold a special public meeting on October 16 2025 at 6:00 o’clock p.m. at the Springdale Borough Building located at 325 School Street Springdale PA 15144 for the purpose of holding a public hearing to consider the conditional use application of Allegheny DC Property Company LLC regarding the proposed use of property located at 151 Porter Street Springdale PA Allegheny County tax parcel 682-B-200 as a next generation data center along with any other matter of general business that may come before it. Interested parties are invited to attend and participate. Copies of the application materials are available for review at the Springdale Borough Building during regular business hours.
