ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Allegheny Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Allegheny Township Community Building, 136 Community Building Road, Allegheny Township, PA 15656, consider the following application:
Application of Cassandra and Tyler Clark, appealing a notice of violation from the Code Enforcement Officer. The Applicants contend that they are not in violation of the Allegheny Township Zoning Ordinance and that the enforcement notice must describe the violation and give notice of the right to appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board.
