ORDINANCE
The Oklahoma Borough Council of Westmoreland County Pennsylvania hereby gives public notice of its intention to consider for adoption and if appropriate adopt at its regular meeting scheduled to be held on October 13 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Borough Municipal Building 170 Thorn Street Apollo PA 15613 an Ordinance codifying the current Ordinances of the Borough of Oklahoma.
AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE BOROUGH OF OKLAHOMA WESTMORELAND COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA REVISING AMENDING RESTATING CODIFYING AND COMPILING CERTAIN EXISTING GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE POLITICAL SUBDIVISION DEALING WITH SUBJECTS EMBRACED IN SUCH CODE OF ORDINANCES.
