SOUTH HUNTINGDON

TOWNSHIP

 

NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of South Huntingdon Township of a public hearing with respect to the Inter-Municipal transfer of a Liquor License under §461 B.3 of the Liquor Code of Pennsylvania, as amended.

 

The Seller, Fry Bolha, LLC, of 108 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, proposes to transfer an existing license designated as Pennsylvania Restaurant Liquor License No. R-10424 to Tazz Petroleum, Inc., for use at property identified as 2255 Mt. Pleasant Road, Ruffs Dale, PA 15679, in the Township of South Huntingdon.

 

A public hearing will be held at the South Huntingdon Township office located at 75 Supervisor Drive, West Newton, PA 15089, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, beginning at 3:15 PM or as soon thereafter as the Board may hear, for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the Township of South Huntingdon concerning the intent to transfer the license.

 

Under the provisions of the Liquor Code, the Council of the Board of Supervisors of South Huntingdon Township must approve the request unless it finds that doing so would adversely affect the welfare, health, peace, and morals of the Township of South Huntingdon or its residents. Potential action at this meeting is the consideration of a resolution to approve or disapprove the request for transfer by the applicant. All persons interested should attend the foregoing hearing.
