BEFORE THE

FRAZER TOWNSHIP

ZONING HEARING BOARD

 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Frazer Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Offices for the Township located at 592 Pittsburgh Mills      Circle, Tarentum, PA 15084, at which time the Board will hold a hearing on the following matter:

 

The application of Daniel Garmer and Nadine Wise requesting dimensional variances from the following Sections of the Frazer Township Zoning Ordinance: 504.1.A for relief from minimum lot area requirements for a single-family dwelling with on-site sewer and 504.2.A for relief from minimum lot width requirements for a single-family dwelling with on-site sewer. The subject properties are located at 16 Garmer Lane, Tarentum, Pennsylvania 15084 (Parcel I.D. Nos. 1515-A-289 and 1515-A-303) and are zoned RA Residential Agricultural District.

 

The Board will consider any other matters that come before it.

 

The above application may be reviewed at the Township’s Municipal Offices during regular business hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM).

 

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board. Any unfinished business at the end of this public hearing will be continued to a future hearing date.
