Copies of bidding forms specifications and other contract documents will be available at no cost on the PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid.
Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts Award fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract for the time period of the awarded contract. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5000.
The awarded vendor will also be responsible for providing MAWC with their vendor items numbers.
Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of APRIL 1 2026 THROUGH MARCH 31 2027.
The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received to reject any bids or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest.
