Request for Bids

Floor Cleaning Equipment and Floor Scrubbers

 

The New Kensington–Arnold School District, will accept sealed bids for the purchase of  Floor Cleaning Equipment and Floor Scrubbers. Bid specifications and documents may be obtained by contacting the Buildings and Grounds Office, at 724-335-4401 Ext 1816 or zheidenreich@nkasd.com.

 

Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 pm EST on March 2, 2026, at the District’s Administration Building, 707 Stevenson Blvd, New Kensington, PA, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Minority owned, Woman Owned, and Veteran owned businesses are encouraged to bid. Bids by phone, fax, or email will not be accepted.

 

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “SEALED BID – FLOOR EQUIPMENT AND SCRUBBERS.”

 

The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the District, in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
