ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Borough of Plum Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Plum Borough Municipal Building located at 2000 Mike Thomas Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15239, on the following matters:
1. ZHB-2025-13 – An appeal of a zoning enforcement notice issued by the Borough of Plum Zoning Officer, filed by Cynergy Theory, LLC, owner of property located at 628 Tampico Ct, Lot & Block 1239-K-331, which is zoned SR -Single Family Residential. The appellant challenges the determination of the Zoning Officer that the subject property is being used as a transient employee home in violation of the Plum Borough Zoning Ordinance.
2. ZHB-2026-1 – An application filed by Eric Moberg, owner of 4041 Impala Dr, Lot & Block # 1240-L-78, for a variance request of 8.5 feet to encroach into the front setback for a proposed addition. The request does not comply with Section 309.D of Ordinance 916-17, as amended. The property is zoned SR – Single Family Residential.
The application and plans are available for review at the Plum Borough Municipal Building during normal business hours.
