PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Hempfield Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a special meeting for general business purposes and also to conduct a public hearing at the Hempfield Township Municipal Building beginning at 6:00 pm Tuesday March 10 2026 on the following:
1. (Appeal No. ZHB-26-3) - A request of Glenn Moyer 1397 Brinkerton Road Greensburg PA 15601 for a variance to Article 3 Section 87-21. Table 3 To Reduce Rear Yard Setback to 21 Feet to Construct an Addition to Residence. The property is Tax Map # 50-33-00-0-201. The address is 1397 Brinkerton Road Greensburg PA 15601. The property is zoned Agricultural (A).
2. (Appeal No. ZHB-26-4) - A request of Tom Cenna 1 Robinson Plz Ste 200 Pittsburgh PA 15205 on behalf of The Holland Island LLC 30 E. Seventh Street Suite 1300 St. Paul MN 55101 for a variance to Article 17 Section 104.H Pedestrian Amenities as it Pertains to Sidewalks. The property is Tax Map # 50-14-00-0-235. The address is 6220 Route 30 Greensburg PA 15601. The property is zoned Regional Commercial (RC).
All persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present. Written statements will be accepted and incorporated in the minutes of the hearings. The plans and applications for these requests are on file in the office of the Zoning Officer Hempfield Township Municipal Building 1132 Woodward Drive Greensburg PA and may be examined by those interested at any time prior to the date of the hearings between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
