Allegheny Township, Second Class, of Westmoreland County, PA, at 136 Community Building Road, Leechburg, PA 15656 until 11:30 a.m. on April 13, 2026. Opening on April 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Awarded on April 13, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. for the following:

Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Allegheny Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 50% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder after the contract is awarded. Allegheny Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
