Treatment Plant for one (1) June 2026
Cleaning and one (1) March 2027 Cleaning.
Copies of bidding forms specifications and other contract documents will be on available at no cost on the PennBid website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussion” tab in Messages on PennBid.
Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Fixed Fee Contracts award fee in 1/3% (.0033) of the initial contract award amount. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5000.
Any bid not submitted under the above conditions will be rejected.
The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received to reject any bids or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest.
