NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION & TERMINATION

 

Notice is hereby given that Loyalhanna Management Services LP a Pennsylvania limited partnership (the “Partnership”) has wound up its affairs and dissolved in the manner prescribed by the Pennsylvania Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2016 as amended and its existence shall cease upon the filing of a Certificate of Termination in the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All persons having a claim against the Partnership are required to present their claims against the Partnership in accordance with this notice. All such claims must be presented in writing and contain sufficient information reasonably to inform the Partnership of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. All such claims must be sent to Raymond P. Parker Esq. Williams Coulson One Gateway Center 16th FL 420 Ft. Duquesne Blvd. Pittsburgh PA 15222. A claim against the Partnership shall be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice. The barring of a claim against the Partnership will also bar any corresponding claim against any general partner or person dissociated as a general partner.
