Westmoreland County Housing Authority is requesting General Roofing Construction bids for the referenced projects through sealed bids which will be received by the Westmoreland County Housing Authority, until May 13, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (eastern standard time). Bids shall be deposited at the Administrative Office of the Westmoreland County Housing Authority, 167 South Greengate Road, Greensburg PA 15601. Bids received will then be opened publicly.
Pre-Bid Meetings:
April 20, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (eastern standard time) for Eastgate Manor, Valley Manor, Westgate Manor, Monessen House and Scottdale Manor. The meeting will start at Eastgate Manor then proceed to the other sites.
April 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (eastern standard time) for Trafford Manor and Latrobe Manor. The meeting will begin at Trafford Manor then proceed to Latrobe Manor.
Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
Electronic Bid Documents are available for downloading at www.wchaonline.com. Bidders are required to register online at the www.wchaonline.com to view bid documents. Plan holders proposing to bid shall also register their intent to submit a bid with Westmoreland County Housing Associates, Inc. via email to lindam@wchaonline.com and eriks@wchaonline.com in accordance with the bid requirements.
Competitive bidding is being procured through Pennsylvania Co-Stars Contract.
