The Borough of Manor, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, will receive separate and sealed bids for the 2026 Borough of Manor McKelvey Street and Oak Street Sewer Replacement Project. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 P.M. (prevailing local time) on the 11th day of May 2026 at the Borough Manager’s office at the Manor Borough Building, 44 Main Street, Manor, Pennsylvania (15665). The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:15 P.M. (prevailing local time) on the 11th day of May 2026 at the Borough Manager’s office at the Manor Borough Building, 44 Main Street, Manor, Pennsylvania (15665). All bids must be received in a separate and sealed envelope or folder for this contract and clearly labeled “2026 Borough of Manor McKelvey Street and Oak Street Sewer Replacement Project". Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the Contract Documents as defined by the Prevailing Wage Act furnished by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry must be paid on this contract.
