The New Kensington–Arnold School District will accept sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a Sound System for Valley High School Memorial Stadium.

 

Bid specifications and documents may be obtained by contacting the Buildings and Grounds Office at 724-335-4401 Ext. 1816 or zheidenreich@nkasd.com.

 

Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday May 7 2026 at the District’s Administration Building 707 Stevenson Blvd. New Kensington PA at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

 

Minority-owned Woman-owned and Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to bid. Bids submitted by phone fax or email will not be accepted.

 

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “SEALED BID – VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIAL STADIUM SOUND SYSTEM.”

 

The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids to waive any informalities and to award the contract in the best interest of the District in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
