ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Cheswick Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday April 30 2026 at the Cheswick Borough Municipal Building 220 S. Atlantic Avenue Cheswick PA 15024 to consider the following application:
Application of Riverside Community Church LLC for a dimensional parking variances to use property located at 1500 Pittsburgh Street Cheswick PA; Parcel ID Number 627-N-63 68 70 & 72 as a Church Sanctuary. The applicant is seeking relief from Section 158-26 (A) (B) & (C) of the Zoning Ordinance.
Please take notice that the hearing on the above-referenced application will be conducted by the Zoning Hearing Board and its appointed Hearing Officer Craig H. Alexander Esquire. At the conclusion of the public hearing the Zoning Hearing Board may take action on the application. Any interested party resident or taxpayer is welcome to appear and attend and participate.
