Mission: AGAPE- Custom Healthy Food Box Deliveries to Low- Income Families with no Transportation 

 

Mission: AGAPE 1201 Prescott Street White Oak PA 15131 is requesting sealed bids for one (1) brand new 2026 commercial utility vehicle (Ram Ford or Mercedes-Benz) under 50 miles.

 

Vehicle must be a cargo van or similar (no box trucks) gasoline only (no diesel) automatic with standard safety features and manufacturer warranty.

 

Bids must include specifications VIN mileage price warranty and delivery timeline.

 

Bids begin May 4 2026 at 9 AM  

 

Bids due May 19 2026 at 4:00 PM.

 

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams May 19 2026 at 5:00 PM.

 

 Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961 P.L. 987 No. 442; Title VI and applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60-1.4); Executive Order 11625 (Minority Business Enterprise); Executive Order 12138 (Female Business Enterprise); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; the Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program (13% Minority 2% Female Business Enterprise goals); and Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12 (5% Veteran-Owned Small Business goals).
