NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Indiana will hold a public hearing on May 13, 2026 beginning at 6:00 pm, with the Regular Meeting to immediately follow, at the Indiana Township Town Hall, 3710 Saxonburg Boulevard, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, 15238, on an application seeking tentative approval of the Cove Run Road Planned Residential Development (PRD) on property located off of Cove Run Road (at the intersection with Field View Lane). The development is proposed to consist of 172 dwelling units, including a mix of single-family detached and single-family attached (townhome) units. The parcel is identified as Block and Lot Number: 836-H-114.
