NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Arnold Westmoreland County Pennsylvania will conduct a public hearing on Monday May 18 2026 at 7:00 P.M. and any adjournments therefrom at the City of Arnold Municipal Building to hear the appeal of Prime Properties USA PA5 LLC by Steel City Surveying LLC of Lower Burrell Pennsylvania for the property located at 1916 and 1916½ Constitution Boulevard for a variance to reduce the minimum lot area requirement in an R-2 District and permit two (2) separate lots. The Ordinance requires a minimum lot size of 6000 square feet and a minimum lot width requirement of 50 feet. Applicant is requesting a variance of the minimum lot size and for the minimum lot width requirement. If the property is subdivided as proposed by the Applicant without action of the City of Arnold Zoning Hearing Board said action would be in violation of City of Arnold Zoning Ordinance Section 4.102 Regulations Governing the Size of Lot Yards and Buildings.
All interested parties and/or persons are urged to attend and state their views.
