Construction of Churchview Farm Teaching Kitchen
Building
(Project #s: 2024-GEDTF-168 and 2023-GEDTF-044)
Churchview Farm, located at 3897 Churchview Avenue Extension, Baldwin Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to construct a 1,500 square foot building called the Teaching Kitchen (the Project). The Project is funded in part by two Allegheny County Gaming Economic Development & Tourism Fund (GEDTF) grants.
The RFB will be available on Friday, May 1, 2026. To obtain the Bid packet or for more information, please email the Farm’s project manager at lcolosi412@comcast.net or call 412-443-1746.
Bids MUST be submitted in person by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, by 4:00 pm, at Churchview Farm, 3897 Churchview Avenue Extension, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Bid openings will be conducted at the Farm immediately following the bid submission deadline.
