NOTICE
Legal notice is hereby given as provided by the City of New Kensington Ordinance, No. 4-93, and by the Sunshine Act, 1986 P.L. 388, No. 84, that on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time, in City Hall, 301 11th St., New Kensington, PA, the Mayor and Council shall hear an appeal to grant a Conditional Use to the terms of the Zoning Ordinance for the following:
1. The request of Onarae Houser & Terrell Houser for a Conditional Use for a property located at 1168 Industrial Boulevard, New Kensington, PA. Tax Map # 24-03-11-0-012, Zoned I-2 General Industrial. This is a proposed change of Use per Chapter 236-20 D. (2). The change is from Office Use to Personal Services Use.
All persons with interest as defined by the Zoning Ordinance and Act shall be permitted to attend such hearing in person or be represented by an attorney.
