The Zoning Hearing Board will meet Monday, June 1st, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Municipal Building, located at: 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, to hear the following requests.
Case #1268 – Hampton Shaler Water Authority wishes to obtain the necessary variances for water storage tanks on a 2.08-acre parcel at junction of Kirkwood Drive and Cascades Way which is to be subdivided from parcel 222-H-150 currently owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese. The subject property is in a “CD-1” (Conservation) Zoning District. As proposed, the request violates the Code of O’Hara Township, Chapter 455 (Zoning), Section 455-8.7.C, 455-8.7.F, 455-14.12.A, 455-14.12.B, 455-14.12.G, 455-14.12.I and 455-18.3.C(3).
Case #1269 – Joshua Antinopoulos and Patricia Graham wish to obtain the necessary variance for an addition in violation of minimum rear yard depth at 401 Wickford Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, Block and Lot 289-S-10. The subject property is located in an “R-2” (Suburban Residential) Zoning District. As proposed, the request violates the Code of O’Hara Township, Chapter 455 (Zoning), Section 455-5.6 (E).
Case #1270 - Jake Loosararian wishes to obtain the necessary variances for barn in violation of minimum setback and height at Block and Lot 291-B-105, 357-P-97 and 357-R-75. These parcels are currently in the approval process for lot consolidation. The subject property is located in an “R-2” (Suburban Residential) and R-4 (Special Moderate Density Residential) Zoning Districts. As proposed, the request violates the Code of O’Hara Township, Chapter 455 (Zoning), Section 455-14.11.B and 455-14.19.C.
Case #1271 - Jeffrey McKibben wishes to obtain the necessary variance for a front porch addition in violation of front yard setback at 115 Crofton Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15238 Block and Lot 289-M-79. The subject property is located in an “R-2” (Suburban Residential) Zoning District. As proposed, the request violates the Code of O’Hara Township, Chapter 455 (Zoning), Section 455-5.6 (C).
Case #1272 - Bill Hollister wishes to obtain the necessary variance for an accessory structure (pergola) placed in the front yard at 307 Highland Terrace, Block and Lot 169-M-120. The subject property is located in an “R-2” (Suburban Residential) Zoning District. As proposed, the request violates the Code of O’Hara Township, Chapter 455 (Zoning), Section 455-5.6 (H) and 455-5.19 (D)
